Unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, minus any shipping costs, within 30 days of delivery. Customer must contact info@jennypatinkin.com to receive a return authorization and return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
